Very good point on the refusal of the govt to adequately invest in all levels of education. Now that technology is making information more accessible, I hope the techies will invent a way (if not already possible) for WiFi access and data charges to be billed separately by websites address and thereby allow some to be potential free for educational websites and streaming services.
