Thanks for your comment. File storage is typically taken up by attachments on notes and emails. You can easily build advanced finds to give you an idea of how many records have attachments in your Dynamics. From here you can think about deleting records with attachments over a certain size. To see what data is being consumed by entities you can navigate to aka.ms/ppac then Resources > Capacity > click on your environment and you will see a breakdown of your storage by table.
