Hello Di, I have one question. Taking costly supplements is not feasible for me fruits like blueberry, kiwi is not easily available here except large supermarkets .But I consume chia seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds & pumpkin seeds daily. & I will use glycolic acid .& I am doing other manifestation method as you mentioned . Without taking supplements & those costly fruits will it be too tough to achieve fair skin tone?

See, try to add some fruits, like apples, orange, take lemon water. Hi dear, see will not happen all of sudden but with constant manifestation and other things you can I've mentioned your skin tone will improve. You need to be persistent and do it with dedication and you will see the results for sure. Also, in coming times you might see sun tan when you go out but I've mentioned methods you can remove tan and keep enhancing your skin tone, so follow it.
