Reciting and writing my own positive affirmations works very well for me. They actually do help me to have positive expectations. Positive expectations are essential. I have experienced amazing and surprising results many times simply from the positive affirmations. As I affirm, I am simultaneously visualizing. Sometimes the vision boards aren't enough because I guarantee people aren't affirming a positive statement as they look.at their vision boards. They are reaffirming what they want by visualizing, but can get stuck in "I want this" feeling and when they don't have it yet, feel frustrated it hasn't shown up. I have experienced that myself. You have to redirect your mind to affirm "I now have what I want". "I now have the things and experiences I want that are on my vision board" "I am now living a very happy life doing things I like to do and it feels wonderful!" Affirming these positive statements along with envisioning what you want is more effective when done together and will bring more heart feeling in. A great book that I have been reading recently is Trust Life which contains 365 days of Louise Hay's personal affirmations. Louise Hay taught millions of people how to say affirmations that heals their life. In fact, she wrote a book called You Can Heal Your Life! You can find it on HayHouse.com and other booksellers.

I’m going to over come my fear of (I need to be certified and go through the left brain rational thinking before I can share my gift) I have been a healer my entire life. I often convince myself I need more experience to share my gift because I’m “only” 22. I have lived lifetimes to share this gift of healing and awakening. I’m a hair stylist but I believe I was born to be in the field of a lightworker, healer, or something in that nature, especially being an Aquarius, creative and spiritual mind. I’m a Twin that came after a set of twins, and in my culture, they say one of the twins that come after a set of twins, tends to have psychic abilities. I always see and hear everything I desire as well and other energies. I’m taking time off of work to go meet Eric Ho and Harriet Brat, they’re all about meditation, law of attraction, etc. but in a different form then the secret teaches. I’m kind of scared because I’ve never gone to a place and to be with people I don’t know but it’s a leap of faith that I’m taking and I know I’ll be and feel so happy and grateful that I took inspired action by going.

Last year I applied to become a midwife, it didnt happen, I was about to follow that route again. I just sat and listened to you here Kari, and my soul and vision is all about teaching. I'm a parent to one little un, my dreams as you spoke were so filled with joy it was blissful.
