Thank you so much! It finally worked. I was miserable and frustrated earlier because I couldn't reset it to factory mode. Once I press the recovery mode setting, it would show a no command sign and then it would automatically turn on my phone and go back to my screen which was so annoying. I did so many steps and they didn't work but this is othe only legitimate and credible video on KZbin that worked. I did exactly what you told me. So guys when you see that no command sign, just keep on trying different combination like power button + volume up or power button + volume down or just the power button, or long press power button and volume up, or volume up then power button. Just keep on trying because I did the same until it worked. Now my phone is in the process of wiping data. Thank you again. You're the best!

Thank you so much! It worked great! The ONLY little thing I had a little trouble with was getting the menu to show at the top. On my Turbo 2 I discovered that I had to first hold the power button in and Then hit the "up" button, rather than holding the "up" button first and then hitting the power button! Just an FYI for everyone. On the "No Command" Screen; the button combo is actually hold the Power Button before tapping the Up Button.

Just updated my droid turbo to lollipop and to get to the recovery menu I had to hold power button, then tap vol up from the no command screen. Thanks for the vid

thank you for this video.... for whatever reason simple instructions on the internet that just say hold vol up then tap power totally did not work for me. I kinda had to dance around the vol and power buttons before a very quick volup hold and tap of power. Not sure if anybody else had this issue but simply getting into recovery mode and holding volup then pressing power completely didnt work for me. note to everybody out there sunshine to unlock bootloader hates if u have xposed on your device (hence my factory reset =/ )

Great video! I tried factory resetting my stock Droid Turbo, but it just sits on "Erasing" and gets stuck there. I tried clearing the cache, and it gets stuck on "reformatting." In both cases, I've waiting for about 10 minutes before restarting the phone, and it's as if nothing happened (the phone works fine.) Have you seen this before? Any thoughts?
