In case we set manual re-ordering rules for multiple products, do we have any option if we can generate a single purchase order if the vendor is same for all the products. pls confirm.

Yes, if all products have the same vendor and if there is an open RFQ for the vendor, all the orders from the reordering rule will be appended to the same RFQ. A new RFQ will be generated only if the previous RFQ is confirmed to a Purchase order.
