You should make the color swatch test print available to buy from you directly on each of the fabrications you offer.

How to correct if not using photoshop?
@PrintfulCustomPrinting4 күн бұрын
Hi! The technical process for adjusting colors can look different depending on the interface of the design software you're using. Most design platforms have the option to change design element colors. So you can look up how to change colors in the software you're using and follow the steps in a similar manner to get to the preferred result. ☺️

So do you recommend soft proofing in CMYK color space or not? It would be really helpful if you release a color profile that closely matches your extended CMYK printing capabilities.

in printful, how do I have blacks and dark areas of my design show up on dark shirts without the white base layer washing them out to a midtone grey? I see black shirts with black and dark areas in them everywhere I go so It is possible and I can't figure out how to make it happen. thanks!
@PrintfulCustomPrinting6 ай бұрын
I can suggest removing the design layer in those areas, so that the print and the white underbase isn't applied to that specific area and the garment color fills in the black elements. 😉

how about for sublimation? I ordered many swimsuits with you and made sure i used the correct color profiles and the actual product colors look extremely faded compared to the product and am still waiting to hear back on how to fix it and if I can get a refund
@PrintfulCustomPrinting3 ай бұрын
Hi! If your design consisted of mainly dark colors, unfortunately, it's expected for the colors to turn out lighter as the fabric is dyed in the sublimation process, however, it's best to contact our support team to confirm the outcome. 🙂

Unrelated question: I try to apply my $10 coupon at checkout for a regular fulfillment order (not sample) and it says I have to add more items to my cart to qualify to use the coupon. What is the minimum dollar amount order to use the coupon? I can't find this info anywhere. Thanks.
@PrintfulCustomPrinting7 ай бұрын
Hey! The limit depends on what type of coupon that is. Please reach out to our support team via e-mail support@printful.com or live chat about this and we'll check it! 😉

i don't understand why if i'm already designing in cmyk mode that i have to convert it to srgb before saving the png. please explain further
@PrintfulCustomPrinting7 ай бұрын
We use an upgraded CYMK color space for our printers and due to these technicalities and for better color transition, we suggest converting and submitting the design in sRGB color space which is the closest to our used CYMK profile. 🙂

@@PrintfulCustomPrinting Would this be the PSO Coated v3 ICC profile? Does this apply to both DTG and sublimation?
@deepbits73122 ай бұрын
@@PrintfulCustomPrinting Why don't you release that CMYK profile so that everyone can soft proof?
