I've overlapped the heat maps for transit and death over each other (for Chernarus). The areas where there is a lot of transit but little death are my areas of focus as they could be prime opportunities for a possible ambush point.

Yeah and I killed 7 DayZ players with a Dinosaur bone and a glass bottle full of bleach. I repositioned the bottle in their bottoms several times and it took 45 minutes to give them the bone.

i killed an 8 man squad with cars on deer island on the broken bridge that connects the island with a supressed mosin, that morning was amazing. the fight took atleast 1 hour, i will never forget that.

Yeah, before becoming a partisan I must learn how to properly shoot accurately. For now I'm inconsistent even with stationary targets and no amount of tactics will compensate it. That's why I'm sweating myself with deathmatches, where of course noone wnats to play by my rules. Does anyone of know any server, where I can safely train my aim without bullets flying at me?

I'd love to get a ghillie suit. But, I've only found them maybe twice in all the time I've played DayZ. I want to set more land mine traps. I would love to get a kill or knockout by one.

I'd recommend the tan ghillie from burlap/nets, they're quite easy to find =]

all successful dayz warfare is basically guerrilla warefare.. there is no regular warfare, or combined arms warfare etc.. there is just good and bad guerrilla groups/solos ;)

Easy, violence of action, people are inherently more susceptible to loud noise, people associate loud noises, that trigger the lymphatic system and nerves, easily being able to startle, and run the enemy off. Combine they with constant movement, with multiple ways of ambushing, can easily drain the combatant forces morale

Don’t bother building a base. You’ll just get found and camped outside. Find two trees close together outside near a town or something and drop crates under them. What I like is a big tree and a small tree close togther. Chop the small tree down and stack the crates on top to the best of your ability. After server reset, the tree grows back and hides the crates extremely well. Have 2 stashes with 25+ crates that haven’t been found for over 2 months now on official.

The video is literally comprised of real-life guerilla tactics, everything from the three-phase Maoist model to anti-Thompson's insurgency tactics aimed at local regimes to give perspective. Two of the key factors of GW is to demoralise and destabilise, and you can't always achieve that as a ghost. That would be considered terrible GW tactics in some situations, which is why I explain about adaptability =]
