A good summary. However the selector eye dropper is probably the best to use as all photographs are so different. Balanced Colour is the point at which Red, Blue & Green have the same value...this is the classic 18% Grey Card. Take your eye dropper and find spot on the image that looks grey and has RBG values that are equal or close to equal. Click on it and watch how the image temperature value changes. This is your neutral point. It's like having an 18% grey card in every photo to calibrate to.

Really great tips Maike! Never actually considered the histogram myself so that was a reminder that I can refer to it 😂 my personal workflow is to boost saturation and vibrance first, then adjust the temperature and tint manually as in Option 3, then combine this with masking for selective edits.

hey! that's actually a tough question haha. I think I'm more used to the classic version and I can't really tell what’s the better or what the main differences are. there are a lot of videos about that topic so I recommend checking out some of them to get a better overview and then decide on what suits your workflow best. hope this helps a bit, have a great day!
