The installation of linoleum is a process that has many conveniences, you can cover a floor very fast, you can cut the material with a regular knife and use flat transitions to cover the seams from one room to the next, I think that if you want to finish your rental units with a simple product linoleum is the way to go, carpets can get very dirty, and washing them normally cause the floor under to get stained or damaged. follow these steps and install your linoleum very fast at a very cheap cost. I cant get mine to lay flat...any tips on getting the bumps from it being rolled up at the distributors?? I've tried blow drying and steam mop

That looks like VINYL cos it looks light weight. Linoleum is heavy bra u can't handle/lift it so easily especially in rolled form by yourself

Great vid. My issue is my linoleum has not been stored well. Now that I'm prefitting it there are many lumps. How do I go about getting it flattened out when I glue it down? Any help is appreciated..

Allow the Linoleum to stretch on its own, I had the same problem too, make sure you cut the edges well so it can flatten down

Why most installers do not show how to do the actual trimming of they vinyl? I just dont understand...I seen about vids...all show how to but not in details it just defeat the purpose...anyone can do the the easy part...not substance here
