Math is involved?? Lol...Great video. I love how you went in depth with this. My entire home is 1850 square feet, so I purchased 1800 sq feet with 10% overage. I haven't put the floor down yet, but Im hoping that will suffice. I'm doing my entire home except for 2 bathrooms. I think it's always best to have more than you need in case they ever phase that particular floor out and/or you need some for replacement down the road. Im sure I purchased way too much, but like the saying goes, especially with the first time DIY is better safe than sorry. Thanks for the video. If you see anything wrong with how I figured it, please let me know. Thanks again to you both..

You're welcome! Totally agree that you need to have extra in case the flooring is discontinued. You are doing a big DIY project so take your time and give yourself grace! 🤗
