The functionality of a desktop application differs significantly from that of a mobile application. Due to limitations in mobile device components, not all tools available in the desktop app are accessible on mobile. After measuring and markoff several measurement, can we see what is the total dimension that has been done? How to find the total/ summary?

If the distances you measured are continuous, you can use the Perimeter tool under the Measure tool to measure the total length. Currently, we don't have an automatic calculation for the sum of each Distance, but you can find each measurement record in the left panel.
