How to Measure the Thermal Conductivity of Liquids

this device is among the best device on earth to measure thermal conductivity, especially when it comes to measuring nanofluids in low concentration.

Can this device also measure other quantities like specific heat capacity and other heat related measurements as it relates to the fluid? I'm thinking it might be a redundant component to add as one could probably do just fine with a calorimeter. Am I correct or wrong? Thank you.
