I have no idea what occupation these are for or even what was being said but this was a well made video with good pacing! If I ever need to use an Elcometer at least Ill know how to use it!

Hey i am using the wet film wheels and find this video really nice, hence i can not acces the standard. Thank you for your work. Any chance you know what the hole at min 3:33 is used for? I always wondered.

Thank you for your comment. It's great to hear you find the video useful! The hole is there as a result of the machining process, so it doesn't have any use in terms of how you use the wheel, just how it is made. hi,when we use this wheel, when it moves 360 degree, there should be two readings (on each half - ie 180 degree rotation),so how we calculate the final reading??by taking average or taking the highest value??

Thank you for your comment. In accordance with the latest versions of ASTM D 1212 and ISO 2808, you take the average of the two readings. If you have any further questions, please contact techsales@elcometer.com or visit www.elcometer.com/contact-us to find your local Elcometer distributor.
