I was in a " gifted and talented" group in 4th grade. They would have us lay on the floor, taught us to meditate, and picture a boy, then he's in a chair, then he has a cap on his head. What color is it? Change the color, etc. It was awesome

Hi Christina.I recently started doing chakra meditation.During the process,I started visualising rainbow colours but as it progressed as I fell myself moving clockwise and counterclockwise direction internally.But I kept on going as I prayed to the archangels to keep me protected during this process.The next day,I felt do much calm and was consciously aware about all of the things around me.Should I continue doing it.please advice.Love and Light 💜 Blessings..
