You’ve heard it a million times before. You know you need to meet the ball out in front because unless you meet the ball early, you can’t efficiently generate power and spin AND maintain control. The problem is, it’s not that easy! In order to meet the ball out in front on your forehand and backhand, there are 2 very important components. I’ll explain what they are in this video and what you can do to work on them!

Great information Coach! I've watched all of your videos and have been implementing many of your lessons during my practice sessions. My coach is amazed at my rapid improvement and I told him about your video lessons. I sincerely appreciate your clear and concise lessons.

It makes a huge difference in your strokes if you have the right timing. And every ball comes with a different timing. That's the trickiest part, to read the incoming ball and adjust properly.

Just curious, why are you learning to play left handed?

I separated my collar bone in a mountain bike crash. I'm happy to say after 9 months of prolotherapy it's stopped popping out and I'm back playing righty.

You only get 2 options. Link in corner, or in the description. I used both! Apologies if you find my free videos and free vision program useless 😂

adults dont have a vizual system at high level because they never learned how to use it . Make them count and within 5 min they have an idea on how fast the ball goes , how fast they have to move and how fast they have to swing. if they move with the speed of the ball they are at the same level of the ball and everything gets more coordinated.

I’m afraid it isn’t always that simple. Many players work with coaches and spend years working on things without much success. I played tennis my whole life any didn’t have a visual system functioning well enough until i did specific work on it
