Aslamualaikum I think the Quran should be kept aside for now(especially for the upcoming youngsters) and we should start learning Arabic language just the way we learn English I thought about this on a personal note That many of us in Nigeria today (myself inclusive) We just read the Quran and we don’t know the meaning, A lot of non Muslims make mockery of us that So we don’t know the meaning We are just reading Kawai And they laugh 💔 I keep saying that we should not put our children in haste of reading the Quran just because of melodious recitation. If as an African we can read, write, and understand English language why not Arabic language. It’s high time we start understanding the Quran while we read it on our own. The Quran should be kept aside as a sacred book which you can only read it when you are done with your Arabic studies. Peace ✌️

May Allah bless you beloved brother, and reward your intentions. This is a wake up call to us all as Muslims to take the language in which the Qur'an was revealed more seriously. Let's learn the Arabic language, as it'll help us understand and ponder upon what we're reciting of the Qur'an. As we mentioned in tip no.1, make sure to get a teacher or enrol in a madrasah where you'll be taught not just the Qur'an but it's language (Arabic), and also Tafsir. Revising memorized verses can be easier if it was memorized without errors
