For those of you who just came to comment and not actually watch anything please know it will only work if: Both your epic accounts are older then 2019 and one of them must have been effected by cross progression not working back in the day Both accounts must have been created on different platforms You must have created both accounts (no buying accounts you will get banned!) And epic support must be willing to help you despite the fact they have 0 obligation too All of this is explained in detail in the video.

Hi, I liked the informative video which is not a scam and is presented in a very respectful manner. Whilst it is theoretically possible to merge accounts, this would likely require connections to epic employees that are very important in the company as no employee at epic support has access to the account merging tool as it has been since removed. To make it clear, the only way to account merge is to have a friend who works high up in epic games write a script to do this or they can try to unarchive the tool to merge your accounts (provided they have the appropriate access to it), they must also have high enough status to perform custom actions on your account. In summary, its impossible. If any epic employees see this comment, correct me if I'm wrong, this is just what I have been told by other epic employees. * Edit * - Corrected grammatical error

That is also true too, but for most players the only way to get in touch with an employee with enough access to make such changes would be through series of ticket escalations which if my accounts were good would have most likely been the next email where they escalate me until further notice. I also have contacts over the years which i have gotten some of this information from and your comment lines up with what ive heard on how it is from their end! This is why for the sake of the video i can only show people how to put themselves in the best position where employees will have a higher chance to put in the effort to help them, especially when they don’t have to.

​@@CommanderDaxUnfortunately i don't think the ticket escalations help, I once tried to merge accounts and got denied over and over. Both accounts were made with the exact same details (except for email as you can only have one account per email address), one account was made in season 2 and the other was season 7, the only difference in the accounts was one was on xbox and the other was on Nintendo switch. Its just a shame that this feature was abused and so now many legitimate cases are simply impossible.

On another note, epic games uses universal telus player support for most tickets created by players. This was changed about a year ago in order to relieve stress off the main employees especially with how massive support is now. Those employees do not directly work for epic and only have simple access to tools given to them by epic, ofc account merging is not one of them. But since this change to using telus for these requests, the actual epic games employees have not had to personally deal with support directly for a while, so if you are able to get an escalation from telus to direct epic employees, i find they are more willing then in the past to help you as any escalation sent up to them they take more time into and have all the tools to make any required changes.

There is an official discord I made for my channel, you may still even be able to find the dead links i used to use when i promoted it in my past videos. I have temporarily removed it for now to put it under maintenance and update it to the quality of my new channel improvements. As long as they meet the requirements and your brother is onboard with it then id say its worth a shot. Even if it doesn’t work, its still helpful in the long run as if enough people make legitimate requests to merge that it finally outweighs the people trying to exploit it, then epic may be more willing to add more support to merging in the future. In other words we need to get our reputation back as a community that we can be responsible with merging and use it for its intended purpose.

How do I figure out if an account I bought 3 years ago that I still have access to was stolen or legit sold to me from the owner ? And if after owning the account for 3 years can I Merge my created account with my bought account ?

If you want to check for sure, just login to the account and download an account history pdf file, (scroll down under the main account information page, it will be just above the delete account request section) if the history of the account lines up with what you were told then you should be good but if you see a bunch of stuff from the past that you had no idea about then its most likely stolen/pulled. I still wouldn’t recommend merging it either way as they can just ban the accounts if they merge it and realize you didn’t create it after

the regular employees do not, which is why you will need a ticket escalation in order to be sent to a higher up employee with special access. basically you need to get lucky twice

I am currently in the process of doing the same thing. Just try to login and when it says credentials invalid or whatever error you get, click on the recover account options and it will open a ticket with epic to reclaim your account and change email after filling in a bunch of information to prove your ownership

I WISH they still had account merging, only under different circumstances like if your account was hacked I say this because around the end of CH4 S2 I got my acc hacked so I had to create a new one until I got my account back until CH5 S1 The only issue with this version of account merging is how would they compensate players when the selected account to merge with has certain skins. Would they give v-bucks or (X) amount of tiers for the selected seasons depending how many rewards/what level you had at the end of season(s)? Although overall I'm pretty happy to regain my original account ever since
