Hello Mam, I was active employee and my UAN is working fine with KYC update but I have worked previously with different company 7 years ago and now I can’t able to Merge PF account even can’t able to login to old UAN as phone number and even KYC has not done.. any ways to attach the PF account with new UAN

I have 2 UAN, and the first one if the primary one I am currently continuing with the present employer where the second one was created in error only one company is there with exit date updated. What if I would like to transfer the second one to my first one? Please advise

Hello sir, I have 2 pf accounts. My confusion is - I have to login to the current UAN account which is working right? - after logging in, under One PF account, I need to add the previous account UAN number right (which I want to merge in current running UAN account) - When I am adding the old UAN number account is not coming and when I am selecting the present employer, this is where my previous employer is coming from. Any idea why it is so?

Two UAN merge செய்தோம்...! இது எப்போ Approval ஆகும்? Field office இல் Accept ஆகி Merge ஆன பிறகு ஒரு UAN தான் இருக்குமா...? இன்னொரு UAN என்னாகும்...? இப்போ Advance Amount எடுக்கலாமா..? E nomination இரண்டுக்கும் தனித்தனியா போடனுமா...? பென்சன் Amount முதல் எல்லா பணமும் ஒரே UAN இல் ஏறிவிடுமா...?

DO EXACTLY AS SAID👇🏻 Active old UAN first. Send mail to your employer regarding the issue. Attach your e-aadhar with mail. And ask them to update it in account. After activation, you'll have to log in, change old password and complete the KYC of pan and bank. Then wait for 4-5 working days and check your pf passbook. Then log into new UAN and do the process shown. Edit: Select "Current employer" and not "Previous employer"

I am facing the same problem, I have done same as in the video and once it will show you which company's pf do you want to merge, all you need is to get their approval.

I have the same issue with UAN however when I try to transfer while getting OTP in the second step , it says Failed to send OTP. My KYC is done, and everything looks good. Now I have registered a grievance in the help portal.

Once it gets merged you will get an option stating exit. Just do that and you're good to go.
