in this video i show you how i mixed Keshi styled vocals! i tried to make my vocals sound huge with multiple vocal layers and mixing them all together to get huge vocals. i attempted to mix my vocals to make them sound very wide with multiple layers and plugins! i used ableton live to record and mix these vocals. let me know who i should cover in the next tutorial!

Great vid. Any alternative to using waves vocal Rider? I'm avoiding, if possible, the waves rabbit hole. I guess manual gain automation

yeah manual gain automation will do the same! you can either use automation, or just chop up your vocals and change the volume on the clips. but again, i don't think the vocal rider is extremely necessary! as long as you got some consistent compression you'll be fine!
