I’ve been watching you for a long time now since you have like a couple of thousand subscribers. And I always learn something from every video you post. Please don’t ever think you’re getting repetitive or everything is too much like samesies. You are a gentle but firm teacher and I always enjoy your videos thank you.

I've watched A LOT of watercolor tutorials in the past year, and I've learned more from your color theory and color matching videos than all the rest put together. You have a gift for talking through the process in a way that makes everything make sense. Thank you!

I had to rewatch all these vids after a hiatus from digital painting now I am back up to speed. I hate color picking wheel and I like using the mixer to mix colors.

Skin color is a difficult subject, for sure. So much depends on our visual perception, and then individual screen settings alter what we think we see. I’d say you did a lovely job in showing how much difference can be achieved with minimal options. Well done! I think my biggest struggle is getting those darker values without adding black. I can’t seem to get enough pigment loaded onto my brush without adding water, which in turn washes out the pigment. 😕

Not to sound cocky but I am still learning watercolors after almost three years but I got a skin tone real easy. Red, yellow and a smidge of blue did the trick. Still think you’re great Emma and thanks for all the videos on this.
