Hey Floria, since Karaoke track is mastered why again a limiter there? Instead we can have a reduction of -1 or -2 db. So the vocal stands out as we give ceiling level, right? By the way, you are explaining so well dear Kutty 😊 Of course, you are really eligible to be a good teacher 😊

Florina, all perfect but adding Limiter on Karaoke track is not needed since its already mastered. Adding Limiter again will increase the volume of the music track.

I don't think that routing Vocal and Reverb to a new Vocal Bus and adding Limiter in Vocal Bus & Karaoke track is a good option. Better to do balancing conventionally. Sometimes perceived loudness of any of these (Vocal Bus/Karaoke) might go higher and disturb the mix. My humble opinion! Also, we can add Trackspacer plugin to Karaoke track and Side Chain it with Vocal.

Trackspacer is incredible for this purpose, but to take it to the next level, I would recommend combining it with Soothe 2 and FabFilter Pro Q3 (using the EQ match function) in a plugin chain. By applying subtle processing with these three plugins, you'll achieve outstanding results that surpass what any one of these plugins could accomplish alone.

Would have been nice if you do on an actual track. A copyright strike doesn't mean you are black listed or muted. But the owner of the track will allow it to play but will place ads of their choice and revenue they will take. But you have so many other videos where you will still see revenue

That is true but so much of time and work is put into making a video and building a channel. However, I do teach it practically for someone who'd like to take a customised course from me on a 1:1 basis 😊
