Recently, I uploaded my longest video not too long ago, which is about an hr long and it doubled the number of my subs and watch time hours and most of all, I've been impacting more lives positively and this is the best part of it all. I created this to share my opinion about these main things that truly impacted the way I live and how I became a minimalist. It's the one most vulnerable videos that I had been hesitant to post for many months because of the fear of being misunderstood but I finally decided to overcome that fear so others can learn from my experience so we can all grow together. Remembering my why's is much more important than the analytic growth. Sometimes I get trapped in focusing on any external rewards from this channel to the point that it paralyzes me from taking actions and I think this is what makes most people not even start at all.

About the Opus clip, what you're saying is that we have to record a podcast with another person, like we're talking then upload it to the website, then it will cut off and add subtitles? It is something that one can do with an Adobe app in the pc, what is the advantage? only saving some time?

I tried to post a multiple shorts every day and that turned into youtube not pushing any short. So basically mass posting short -> kill the channel. When I stopped mass posting, the numbers went back up. So I really would like to hear why this should work? Thanks.

cause it doesnt work in general. Had a friend that did this, he was reposting memes and the first videos got quite a lot of traction but no subscribers or anything. After the 5th video the channel got shadowbanned. He picked it up later with another idea a month later. Im pretty sure KZbin is kind of tracking these new accounts that mass post shorts and flag them so they dont get traction. Once they kind of see that the account is legit you'll get views again. Im 100% this won't work for anyone cause ive seen it myself, especially if youre posting 8 times a day that just screams Im a bot lol

9 days? Dang! Did you do anthing to the videos as far as editing for the shorts after getting them from opus? I thought youtube would essentially flag them as unoriginal content and either not monetize you or demonetize you if you were already monetized? I've been doing podcast clips on my channel, but essentially all by hand and adding different things to them in hopes it's good enough to qualify under fair use/original content and be good with monetization. I've optimized my work flow pretty well and it's still taking at minimum 30min to get a single short done. My channel like a month old with about 19 total shorts, no long form, and around 120 subs. So if your way genuinly works it will make things much easier and less time consuming.

I tried it, but i was doing just 10 shorts a day, post every 3 hours. The channel gained 8 subs, one of the videos 'gone viral', gained 3k views, the rest of the videos 0-100 views. On day 3 the channel was deleted, hard, up to a point 'you cannot create new channels anymore'. For spam, fraud, etc. The channel was new, I haven't promoted anything, but I did left nicknames to my other channel that was about motivation, with more thoughtful content, and to it's twitter, tiktok and telegram. Also I left a ton of random hashtags in the decription and tags section.
