hey I'm trying to add "all courses by a specific teacher" via shortcode, but without any luck. Can you tell me how to do that? I'm trying to make a custom profiles for teachers with elementor as I cannot edit the default instructor dashboard with MS LMS

I'm trying to launch my 14 video course in a weeks time .. I have pro version.. I have uploaded whole course now .. But in test purchase" error comes up try later " .. this is all in Masterstudy lms not wahoo.. I'm using stripe . Tried 10 times in test mode and 3 times using my own bank card.. What's going wrong ? Please advise ...

Hi Jojo, looks like you didn't have configured the payment options or did them in a wrong way. What you should know, MasterStudy LMS has two ways for selling the courses: by native Payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe), checkout page, and by WooCommerce plugin (there you can setup from the number of payment options) and checkout. Please follow the following guides: Native payment options - docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-lms/lms-settings/payment-methods WooCommerce - docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-lms/woocommerce/woocommerce-integration If you still have the described issue, it is better to ask our premium support team (if you have the valid support policy) or in our community in Facebook (for the rest of the users).

My ex developer bought my course on my behalf .stylemixthemes has my personal details and purchase/secret code ,but when I need suppor5 it says to put in licence activation code which I don't have as my ex developer bought my course but refuses to help me .. stylemixthemes has all my personal information. How can I get help now ? Thanks

Can I sell my course on a regular license or I need an extended license to be able to do that?

Hi, you can sell the courses with both types of licenses. The extended one just gives you the chance to sell the product (aka theme) to other consumers.
