Route des Grandes Alpes is a unique route going across the entire French Alps. From Thonon-les-Bains to Nice, you will discover some 18 of the most famous mountain passes!
The Route des Grandes Alpes is a tourist itinerary through the French Alps between Lake Geneva and the French Riviera passing over all the high passes of the Alps within France.
The road starts at Thonon-les-Bains and climbs via Les Gets and Cluses. It then heads to Saint-Gervais and Megève, over the Col des Saisies (1,633 m (5,358 ft)). It then passes through Beaufort, Bourg-Saint-Maurice and onto Val-d'Isère. The road then crosses the Col de l'Iseran (2,770 m (9,090 ft)).
The road then passes through Modane and over the Col du Galibier (2,642 m (8,668 ft)) and then the Col du Lautaret to La Grave. The road heads to Briançon and then over the Col d'Izoard (2,361 m (7,746 ft)). The road then heads through Embrun and over the Col de Vars (2,111 m (6,926 ft)) and onto Barcelonnette via Jausiers, where the choice can be made to turn south over the Col de la Bonette (2,802 m (9,193 ft))-with access to the highest paved through road in Europe, the Cime de la Bonette-or continue via the Col de la Cayolle (2,327 m (7,635 ft)).

Ich wohne in der schweiz und habe bis jetzt nur deutsche motovloger geschaut aber du machst das ech brutal gut mit dem intro mit den drohnen aufnahmen im video unsw. Deswegen folge ich dir weil du echt geile videos macht und eine motivation bist. Nächstes jahr wenn ich den A35 führerschein habe und du vileicht ein treffen veranstaltest werde ich sicher kommen also Hut ab mach so witer und blib stabil freue mi uf neui videos 🔥💪🏽💪🏽

I did it this year as well, 1900km in 4 days. First day from East Switzerland to Albertville, second day all the way down to Menton, third day up through Italy to the Lago Maggiore, and on the fourth day back home. A few Mountain Passes were still closed, but we could take a few other to get around them which were great to ride as well. I like this area to ride my bike, great roads and scenerys

Do all Swiss bikers have to go to other countries to have any fun? After watching BaronVonGrumble get a massive ticket on 44Teeth I don't think I'd be comfortable going at all quickly in Switzerland!

Yes, switzerland is very expensiv. When you drive 105 in a 80Kmh Zone you give your driverlicense for 3months to the police. So yes switzerland is very expensiv😂

and switzerland is small. from central switzerland you can reach each of the surrounding countries in about 1-1.5 hour. So why not go there?
