Am a new subscriber please why do you soak the mat in stifner instead of using brush to stifn after mouding but you stifned before moulding
@CreativeHands-diy3 жыл бұрын
yes that is the procedure for moulding Mat, but for sineme, you mould before stiffening. THANKS FOR SUBCRIBING

Ma'am it seems like you did not soak the outer layer of fabric in thickener before blocking.
@CreativeHands-diy3 жыл бұрын
@@dorothyyawe8169 your stiffener shouldn't touch the outer part at all,so you are not supposed to sock that part in the stiffiner.

@omomeenakirerhi98483 жыл бұрын
My dear you don’t need to soak the mat or what ever material you are using in stiffener, secondly that stiffener mixture is too thick l can make more than five hats with that stiffener, too much stiffener will not make your hats look foreign and professional, lastly you don’t need to apply oil on the nylon before blocking. When your hat is dry remove the pins and remove the block from the nylon that way you won’t disturb the hat form
@CreativeHands-diy3 жыл бұрын
That is your own method and this is my method, everybody with what works for them but thanks for the comment.
