I love these videos so much; however, could you rethink the placement of the text? All of the controls and stuff will often cover up the text and I often pause to read the text which makes it then a struggle. I'm not sure what the best practice would be, as I understand you don't want to have the text cover any of the action, but yeah, it is an annoying thing.
