Hi, I'm still wondering something. Do we need to *schedule 2 separated streams* so we can broadcast both on KZbin 16/9 and KZbin Shorts with OBS?

Yes, you will need to schedule any streams you want to push to youtube

@@MDTechTips OK. By the way, I'm facing something weird. Indeed, when I launch 2 separate YT streams (16/9 and vertical) as well my Twitch broadcast built-in, I have to activate my YT vertical stream directly from the dedicated YT backend. The Aitum multistream plug-in doesn't launch it automatically although the green icon is highlighted in the Aitum dock. Any advice?

@@GuiDaFunkyMan make sure that when you set up the scheduled stream, you select the enable auto start option on the right hand side. If that’s not turned on then it won’t start when OBS does.

hi will it take double bandwidth for 2 streams or just 1

You would have double the bandwidth because you are pushing stream to more than one location. Casterlabs multistreamer helps take the bandwidth load off but they only offer horizontal at the moment to my knowledge

I went live on KZbin Shorts for the first time tonight following your instructions and I was able to get the Vertical stream to run but when the normal stream attempted to start it said that it can't use the same server URL or something to that effect. Any ideas? I pasted the back up URL in for the Vertical stream info for the next attempt and I did make sure I had a different stream key for each

When you go into go live and then to manage stream for setting up your stream, you need to setup 2 streams. You need to create a new stream key. Setting up a new stream key only has to be done once. Then use a separate stream key for the regular stream and the vertical stream.
