Just FYI; If you're new to YT Studio to get your stream key, after you hit the go live button. YOU MUST request that you want to stream for your account first. It takes 24hrs it's locked, then you'll have access with a YT stream key to then stream to YT. I must wait for my first 24 hours xD

Question. I got the plugin to work. I have it setup for KZbin, and it did work the first time, but I wanted to switch the game. To change the game on KZbin, yhou need to make a new video no? So I stopped it, and then started again but then it never actually started a new Live on KZbin. I didn't wanna quit OBS because I was still on Twitch, that something I shouldn't do, or? Thanks!

To change the game on youtube just go to your youtube livestream via youtube Studio and you can edit it live there 😄

So if you were playing Helldivers 3, and wanted to switch to like a dragon, the video would stop, then there would be a new video for the new game they are playing.

So it wouldn't make a new video as far as I know, but you can always edit the video after the stream ends to make it into a different video, I'm not sure if you can do it multiple times though from the same livestream (you might, I just haven't tried) @@CorGamingTV

Depends on how many platforms you're streaming to, usually 10mbps - 50mbps upload is good depending on how many services you're doing

Love the video, though when the option for KZbin came up, I didn't know (since I didn't see it at first and didn't realize it) that I should click stream with streaming software, so got a little messed up there (that was on me). I did notice an option in the streaming setting when setting up for KZbin that there's a box for Sync start with OBS, and I was wondering if I clicked that, that it would be a one button start for it all, meaning that once I click the start streaming button, that I would also start streaming on KZbin at the same time. Just wondering, is that what that does?

Usually that means you installed it to the wrong folder, I'd recommend uninstalling and trying to find the correct obs plugins folder - you might also need to install a previous version of the plugin (but usually it's the wrong location)

i stream on Facebook but soon will be on KZbin.. however, i stream on my personal facebook page and not my business page... i tend to get more engagement that way but today is New Years day and i want to make a change lol.. Im now wondering if i can stream from all 3 (personal & business fb page and KZbin) hopefully my internet can handle it as it should

very weird. mine is working just fine and I'm on the obs 30 update. try using an older version of the plugin and see if that helps

I actually got it to work, the issue is that if you try to do the unzipped version, it's going to keep asking you to uninstall the prior version which isn't going to do anything. However it's the zipped one that did work. Once I got that in there and then restarted the OBS, everything was working just fine.@@CpawsMusic

Followed the instructions and it worked perfect the first time. But after the first time, I can no longer get KZbin to stream on OBS. It says its connected and streaming but when I go to my KZbin channel you can't see anything. Any thoughts on why its doing that?

I'd try re-copying over the youtube stream url and information into the settings and give it another go

@@CpawsMusic I got it to work shorty after posting this. I had to remove and add the URL and Steam Key again. And there about a 1 minute delay before you see on KZbins side. Just needed to be a little patient lol.

So, if I have my youtube account connected to obs, and I have my twitch in the side multistream thingy, how would i make it so that when my stream starts, it would have the same title as my youtube stream. Also, say if im streaming minecraft on youtube, it finds out that im streaming minecraft and puts it in the minecraft section. Would it do the same thing on twitch?

You'll have to go and change it manually via the websites. I know with streamlabs you can change the titles at the start but you'll have to do it manually if you want to change it mid stream

I need help in the dumbest terms ;-; So, my OBS install is on an external D: drive But github will only let me install the plugin on my C: drive I tried copy/pasting the plugin to my D: drive, but nothing is coming up on OBS...

this is causing my obs to not shut down properly. i tried to delete it under local disk c/program files/obs-studio/obs-plugins/64bit. maybe im choosing the wrong file to delete but when i try to restart obs after deletion, obs fails to start. the program im deleting is rtmp-services.dll and rtmp-services.pdb. I think i was having problems because i added my twitch to the multioutput window when that is already my default destination.

Simply type in "remove" in the windows search bar and remove the program that way :D

I downloaded the OBS Plugin and it went into the right folder... but I don't see the window on the left side like you do. I'm confused. And yes I did restart OBS after I installed the plugin and everything is up to date.

@@CpawsMusic Yeah I did and it wasn't there either. I figured out the problem though. Apparently the plugin I downloaded was to "new" so I had to download an older one and it started to work. Weird but whatever.

Make sure you installed it to the correct folder and if that still doesn't work then try updating obs or using an earlier version of the plugin

I cover reading multi chat in this video. I don't believe there's a solution for responding to all of them via text however.

I'd recommend setting Twitch as your main so you don't need it, but you can also find some here: help.twitch.tv/s/twitch-ingest-recommendation?language=en_US

@@CpawsMusic but I like the KZbin stream features on obs being able to schedule streams and set thumbnails is very handy and not something I'm really able to do with twitch for now I'll give that a go but I hope a better solution props up in the long run btw thanks for the help wasn't actually expecting to get a reply
