Tips: 1. Avoid tight hairstyles (ponytails and buns) 2. Change hair parting to another direction 3. Avoid wearing hair extensions 4. Use castor oil + almond oil to grow out thinning hair 5. You can fill in by using an eyeshadow/ eyebrow pencil of your hair colour or a hair fibre You're welcome:)

once my friend made a joke abt my hairline, ive done ballet for ten years so constantly have it in a bun.😢now im really self conscious even tho it was years ago. guys, be nice. dont EVER make a joke abt someones appearance. even if they act like its funny and they dont care. it can really affect how someone views themselves. be nice.

I feel really self-conscious of my face my friends always make fun of my big forehead and everytime I just laugh it off but god knows how much I wanna punch them, everytime we take a photo they’d have something to say about my forehead and stuff but hey big forehead is also a blessing as I’ve noticed I learn and catch up things way faster than others so yeah they might have got a small forehead but they for sure don’t have a big brain🤭

Leah Firth Aww sweetheart, I can totally relate because mine was ripped many times by my so called little brother. He is 15 and not a little baby anymore I believe but all his misdeeds are forgiven by my parents.Hair is a part of our body and the one who loses hair to these unfortunate incidents as you and I have , would only know the pain, no one else would know. Some people even dismiss it by saying it's just hair but trust me it is not just hair but a part of who we are.If it weren't important then we wouldn't have felt the way we do about hair.I pray that you get your hair back and you pray for me too.

N. Tonks I started putting some jojoba oil onto my balding areas everytime I wash my hair and surprisingly I've already noticed a small difference so I'm going to continue with that. Also putting a little eyeshadow/ eyebrow powder on the worst areas when wearing my hair up makes it less noticeable as it's (hopefully) growing in. But I try not to wear tight, high stress hairstyles unless necessary to prevent breakage.

My mom had always done my hair up in a bun since I was little. When I was old enough to do my own hair, I wore ponytails a lot. Then eventually in my 20s, I only wore a bun because it was convenient. Recently in the last year, now that I'm 30, I can only wear my hair loose. Buns and anything else gives me a tension headache. I'll have to do some scalp massage in the sparse areas on my hairline. I have fine hair but it's really heavy and back length. I always thought my hairline was never going to be full and that the sparse area is hereditary.

The castor oil works trust me. ESPECIALLY THE JAMAICAN ONE it’s amazing. Within 6 months i noticed a huge difference. My hairline as a child was ok not too receding but it was still a teency bit receding cuz genetics and my face was very thin so it didnt detract from my beauty becuase we are all GORGEOUS. Then I started wearing it in a pony tail for like 6-7 years of my life and my hairline is abnormally receding. Then i used the castor oil and I feel like Moana lol. Im asian so you either get a really nice hairline or a really bad one lol but thank the gods that natural oils exist.

There are ways to put it up without sacrificing your hairline!! There are videos you can look up, or just leave the front part of hair (the receding part) out of the bun when you do it and instead use the middle part of your head to put it up. Then add the front part of hair to the bun, since it’s not holding the whole thing up it won’t pull at your head/cause damage.

I used to put my hair in srsly tight ponytails for years and then I was told by a hair treatment service company in Singapore when I visited that I should stop. 🛑 ✋ sadly cause I was so used to the slow receding hairline I never noticed and I always ignored it at first but then I really realised that my hairline HAD receded. 😭. When I compare the old photos to my hair now I still regret it. The difference is real

I warm up an ounce of water so I can use a natural green tea bag( white tea works to). This way the warm water helps the tea form faster. I then add a tbsp of olive oil and a tbsp of coconut oil. It should all melt together in the green tea. Make sure the water has cooled Abit before applying. After applying all of the mixture in my hair. I usually flip my head over and massage it for 5 mins. Before rapping it in a plastic bag to leave my hair in over night. I then massage my hair the next morning again for 5 mins, before washing my hair. TIP: when washing your hair make sure it's soaked before applying shampoo because this will help you use less shampoo and create more suds faster ( you might have to wash your hair twice it you have really thick hair). After you wash your hair. Try to let it dry out by using a 100% Cotton shirt( this will prevent any more damage), use any oil( that works for you)on your hair while it's damp. Scrunch your hair till it's about 80% dry and 20% wet, when drying don't rub it. And let your hair dry naturally. I recommend massaging your hair 5 mins before you got to sleep and in the morning before you do anything with your hair( don't wash your hair every day tho). This process will help your hair become more healthier and hopefully quicken the growth process on you. Good luck. This process is recommended by a friend I am also trying this starting to day so I'll tell you how much of my hair has grown in 7 days. See you guys Sunday ( it's monday). Edit: castor oil is an option I recommend using this as well. Only use this hair mask when your washing your hair. Try using a wide spread comb for brushing or a wet brush. And if you braid you hair make sure they are loose braids. I myself split my hair in 2 to braid, and sleep in really loose braids. And my hair isn't that mush of a disaster in the morning. ( If you have really greasy hair use cornstarch as a dry shampoo it works)
