Nadiahodhana or anuloma viloma and bhstrika reduce blood pressure by increasing vagal tone when we breath deeply. Hence they are very good for high BP patients also. I am a doctor and hence, I suggest, you can get your talks vetted by a doctor, to make corrections. Another correction, when SpO2 is 95-100%, it is within normal limits and CO2 levels will not be high. Oxygen reaching the tissues will remain same. No need to take deep breaths or multiple breaths for oxygenation. Also, it is not advisable to breath out through the mouth, as sinuses get air only during exhalation through nose.

Thanks for providing such a niche information...All other videos on KZbin are just common. You gave us something special. My RBC and HB is always elevated and Doctor says that this is due to low oxygen levels. I have to do Blood donation every three months..I think this will help me to manage Oxygen levels.

Hi I have elevated rbc and hemoglobin also nearer to high level even though I have iron definiciency and I have spo2 of 100 but I feel shortness of breath will this exercise help me did u did This exercise is it usefull to you and did ur hemoglobin and rbc comes to normal level without donating blood please reply it is very helpfull to me as i am having fear of polycythemia
