This is the exact process I did this past summer during a tough time-gave me strength to get through it and in a way that my family now has increased connection.❤❤

Heartfelt thanks, Mary❤️🙏✨Your wisdom shared is answered prayer. Exactly what my heart and soul needed to navigate the seeming inertia of difficult times. I will practice every day.❤️🦋✨

Everything you are saying is just on point. Our response to what we have been through determine how we come of in the end.,.

Oooh! True to me I find the cart of goods before learning that the horse is truly toxic. I didn’t want to say it, but the true fact that Mom did not love me and did not want to admit it but hide her feelings behind my father’s love. I wanted to believe she still did. When a mother hates putting any effort to see me AND would rather give me money to live, than spend time in love with me. She would rather drive an hour to the airport and jump on a plane to fly to see my brother than drive an hour twenty minutes to see me. As soon as Dad went to memory care, she was “tired” of taking care of him too, she no longer had to pretend to want to spend time with me. Well I know I am strong and she saw this when she asked what you gave me that she didn’t. I know I deserve a family that loves me unconditionally.
