Hello, and yes I thank u for sharing these things that I truly appreciate the time that God has given me and when I used to be around some. People's the ones that were the one that was a nonprofit to me and one day I had to walk away with no looking back I left with the way I know it's not being better nor anything but I had to do what's better for me and I just thank God

As a psychologist, I've always viewed depression as anger turn inward. Anger is at an all time high.

The reminder that 'anger doesn't stem from others' actions but from how we interpret them' is life-changing. It really emphasizes how much control we have over our own peace!

Anger is a normal emotion. Learn to control your emotions. Focus on (self-control) never getting angry is like never getting dirty. Focus on self-improvement.

The problem is.......emotions are much stronger than rational thinking , emotions can simply wash away all rational thinking !

Emotions are not separate from us they are our energy. The mind is the mirror... Most people believe that emotions need to be squeezed into a corner and chained but actually emotions are pure energy. If our mirror is dirty, our vision becomes clouded with doubt and our emotions become fearful insecure angry and depressed. But if the mirror is washed and clear the emotions become bliss... And i mean real bliss. If society has shun down emotions as being nothing but cheap sentimentality, it fails to understand true feelings as interactive with the mind and thoughts. If one thinks negative thoughts then feelings react accordingly but trying to control feelings is impossible. One would surely die from it.but the mind is tamed through practice then emotions rise to purer states where the mind just let's go and allows the emotional feelings to express themselves freely and it full force in the heart. The heart cannot be controlled directly but the mind can with laser sharp focus and repetition... Something most humans never understood working for a sleepy society of sheeple.

Meditate meditate meditate... It all boils down to managing the 4 states if consciousness... When we go to bed what do let into our subconscious in alpha then theta state... Being able to give up any noice means we program our days our whole lives falling asleep writing our own script and movie... We even write the dialogue for others... Whenever someone sees you remember you are God to them... And so the lie to pretend that you don't matter but you really do... Everyone does tgat is human nature that's why making fun of others attacking them hurts them and vice versa.. plan your life program as you fall asleep and harness the falling asleep... Always slow it down.... Otherwise you will not be able to be conscious on the other side and so no control over the story the narrative.
