Thanks for this! The Kennebec I’m growing have a thinner skin too. My trick for storage is canning! I’m going to can the bulk of mine for home fries! Fried eggs, pea meal bacon and home fries, yum!!!!

That clay makes root veggies so difficult to grow. looks good though Jon.

So, to keep potatoes long term, you are saying not to wash them? Is that correct?

I don't. If there's a really big clod of dirt, I will try to get it off without damaging the potato. I'm going to try to post a video on harvesting them very soon. Thanks for watching.
