Cyberbacker is campaigning CHARACTER. Cyberamo himself says in one of his video that character is more important than skills as skills can be taught. He is 100% correct. As I myself is doing that in my previous company as Head of Sales whenever I hire Sales Directors and Sales Managers. Been in the field of sales for more than 2 decades, from low ranking seller up to the head of sales in different industry. Pardon me but I am not bragging. About Character, I myself is a great believer of that. Whenever I conduct an intensive training to my directors and managers, character is always included in the course. Had my Final interview yesterday with Carla, and just received an email earlier today at 5pm and it says that I didn't got in because of the matching reason. C'mon guys, let's cut it. If that is the reason, from the very beginning, CV screening pa lang, u can tell already if the applicant match your and your client's requirements of not. Right? Now if the reason is about character, you had the CBPA result, it says entirely about the person. Again, I don't intend to criticize nor create any damage in your reputation here. Actually, I really love to work with your company, even if I have to start on the entry level because I can see myself to have MORE progress in here. And that is the same reason why I am writing here, in order for the applicants to progress, you guys have to tell them the real reason as to why they didn't make it. They deserve it! Kaya nga may HUMAN sa Human Resources because we are dealing to HUMANS and not robots. Wag naman pang robot ang reason as to why they failed. My apologies again for saying so...
