good therapy, I do have other social platforms, but I rarely use them, Facebook got kind of corny to me...I mean all people do is brag, brag and brag. Now when I go on, I instantly get irritated. Why is that?

Likely because people are not being authentic. Like Cameo told us back in the '80s, "You try to put on those airs and act real cool, but you've got to realize that you're acting like fools." 😁
