I have just turned 20 and now looking to immigrate to Canada, ive seen thousands of job offers asking for no Diploma or Experience.. I finished the High School and im now studying Programming Languages, i got C2 in the IELTS English test and i also have basic French knowledge. Is there a way for me to immigrate as Provincial Nominee? Forgot to mention that most of those job offers ask for you to have a driver lincence, and i have for cars and motorcycles.

You would first need a job offer from a Canadian employer. Then, depending on location and skill level you would need to see if that job offer would make you eligible for any programs or not

If you meet the requirements as common-law spouses they can join you without being legally married. You would need to prove you’ve been living or have lived with your partner for at least 12 consecutive months in a marriage-like relationship.

It is not a requirement. Depending on which program you are applying under you need a minimum of 1 or 2 years. 3 years would just give you higher points.
