Thank you very much There is an error in brightness temperature equation, this equation is correct: BT=K2/ln(k1/L+1)-273.15

Hi, I want to know whether the formula in step 6 is wrong. I mean the formula should be: LST = (BT / (1+（10.895*BT / 1.4388）* ln(E))). Also, should 𝑂𝑖 ( the correction for Band 10: 0.29) be considered in the formula in the first step? Thanks for your time!

if you use 10.895 then you should use 14388 I think it's a matter of units. As for the value 10.895 I think that's for landsat 8, it seems to be 11.5 for landsat 9 however I'm not sure about that I'll have to do some more research. EDIT: I looked it up and it says between 10.6 and 11.19 µm which means the average is 10.895 so maybe it's a mistake.

I'm creating a 2023 synthetic drought map and I want to use Landsat images. So should I use Landsat 9 level 1 or level 2 images? Because as far as I know, Landsat level 2 has been processed based on level 1. Can you share more information with me? Thank you very much

Dear owner of this video /guys please help me, in the step 2 (convert TOA to BT), this formula BT = (K2/ (In (K1/L)+1))-273.15, how we type "In" in the raster calculator? is this same with Ln? because I use Ln and my BT result getting -25 to -48. Please for the help guys, thanks

It looks like he used level 1. You can tell from the name of the original Landsat data file name at 2:10, it starts with LC09(Landsat 9)_L1TP (level 1 terrain corrected).

You can create a new feature class (polygon) in the geodatabase, then draw your ROI by creating a feature. After that, you can clip the area with clip tool.

If you have polygon mask of your area, You can also use "Extract by Mask" tool for raster datasets.
