Another great video Giovanna! Very useful and informative. For those coming to Panama for the visa application, you mentioned that a bank account could be processed in person at the branch in one day or so. However I think, it might be useful to get the bank account remotely, before the visa trip to Panama even. Would the type of account secured remotely have to change though once you become resident or could you continue to use the same account. International vs resident account?

Yes you can! Minimum balance varies so as comissions and insurance

Great, it’s good to plan. Banistmo is linked to Paypal. Cashapp is not around but we have YAppy and other online payment options. No american banks. Only CITI for institutional banking. 🌹

@@CastleDragon78 yes we have foreclosures that are called “remates” through the Panama Civil Courts of Panama. Anyone can bid but is good to have the guidance if someone that knows to comply with formalities 🙏
