I was stumped too and when I tried to open my lock, it didn’t work. I had followed the same thing they did. That’s when I went to another video and after following the other directions my lock opened. My lock need to be set at zero and then I had to rotate it three times and another time to land on my first digit. Maybe it’s the same for you
