Just imagine how cute it is to think about the possibility of their kids getting to watch all of these when their kids are of age, getting to see his or her parents amazing adventures when they, too where young adults. They are adorable together

That was probably the most helpful/informative sailing video we have ever seen (and we've been watching them for the last two years). You guys are the best! We love you!!!

Been watching you guys since the Tula tour when I bought my Oday 23. Rewatching some of these videos because I just bought my own fixer upper sailing catamaran and I’m getting ready to bring her back home to the Keys from up above Tampa in a month or two. Just got both yanmars running again and now have to install some crispy brand new sails and running rigging. Thanks for sharing what you have learned! ~Sailing C-Cat - 1985 Catalac 10M

Tula's Endless Summer it’s a 1985 Catalac 10M. European built smaller cruiser. 34ish’ length with a 15ish’ beam. Freshwater cooled yanmars with sail-drives. 2’9” draft.

So good to see some sunny weather boating. Today (in England) we had torrential rain (REALLY heavy), thunder and lightning, hailstones too. Hoping to get out on the water again soon, in the meantime thanks for your videos, they really do help to get through the British winter! High Five to Jetty!

So helpful and important that your cruising partner also understands VHF radio protocols and the meaning of aids to navigation. My wife and I are planning to leave our home port on the Niagara River on our Mainship Pilot 34 and head south on the ICW in a few years when we retire. I have encouraged her to watch Tula's Endless Summer for both inspiration and education! Thanks Billy and Sierra!

I'm learning a lot of interesting things watching you three and I'm not even a sailor. I think I would be like Sierra. Asking that big bridge to stop traffic and open for little 'ole me would make me nervous too. And I'll have to remember that line about the coffee. That was a good one. ;-) Thank you for posting.

Hi there. Once again you three are doing a great job teaching! Well done. By the way, the vessel at 10:00 looks like the kind used as a support vessel for mega yachts. That one in your video seemed like a small one but usually they carry all of the stuff that doesn't fit on or in your big yacht such as helicopters and other toys. One hates to have too much clutter on the decks! Sometimes the support vessel can get into small ports that the big yacht can't. There is one currently in Port Everglades called Shadow for example. Fair winds!

Feeling more relaxed. I was happy to see you posted another video. It was interesting to see protocol on how to get under a bridge. I would be intimidated at first. This red triangle and blue square is like a round peg in a square hole. By God I will review this section. I will be the Masters of the sea by the end of it . LAND HO🤯

Growing up there, before they raised most of the bridges on the intercoastal, it was horn signals, as I remember. And when I was really young, the bridges would open for boat traffic upon arrival. Caused crazy traffic problems. Lol.

Sierra: always keep the handitalkie antenna straight up to achieve the best distance possible when transmitting and receiving. Never BEND the rubber antenna over as it could break the actual piece of wire thats contained inside that flexible rubber "tubing". You done good 😊😊 If there is a LOT of boat traffic, you might add the description of your boat, in addition to boat name Addenalin. Makes it a lot easier for the bridge tender if you are talking, but still beyond where they can read the boat name on the pontoons. ABC BRIDGE the is the Northbound Catamaran Addrenalin requesting your next opening .... ??? You got it gurl 😁😁

Good entertaining and instructional video if you are in America. In Europe it works slightly different, yes you can call most bridges, but not normally required. They are controlled by traffic lights and if the bridge keeper is paying attention they open as you approach. I have only once in the past 15 years had to use the radio to call a bridge or loch, it was in Friesland when departing from Leuarden. there is a bridge keeper that controlled two bridges, he let us through the first, but the second did not open. after floundering and struggling to keep in position, I decided to radio the controlling bridge, problem I had no idea how to pronounce the dutch name of the bridge. Eventually just went for it and to my surprise I got a long garble back on the VHF in Dutch and the bridge opened .

ICW goes from Norfolk VA to Brownsville TX. Norfolk is considered "Sea" Brownsville is "home" as far as traveling N and S it's opposite on the west coast of Florida. Cheers
