and i have also installed oracle 19c by following your video. I am able to connect to sql plus and created a common user i.e c##scott. But when i try to connect sql developer i am getting the error as " status : failure - test failed : io error: the network adapter could not establish the connection" . i am using sql developer 19.2.1.
