Well, I was right! You are a genius! I took my hex thingy out of the tool box, when to the car, and in 2 minutes, it was open, and it was the cd's that jammed it up all these years! So, I will blame Joe Cocker and Celine Dion on this one! Thank you for your help!

I did what you did, but the broken piece was too big, so i pierced a hole through the handle and shove it a nail which did the trick!
