Pro tip, you get the last digit in a 4th data point. After you finish the Gemini mission and beta is taken, the door to her room is open, there data in there along with one saying "August was only 8...." the number 8.

I forgot how lifeless was the base at the beginning, and now each companion left their mark on it, just like Aloy's heart, it was so lonely and empty for the longest time, shutting people out like Minerva did, but the minute Aloy let her guard down her life became full of friendships and joy, it wasn't as lonely anymore.

One thing that was disappointing about exploration in this game is that it never seemed worth it. The data uncovered wasn’t groundbreaking, the hidden treasure behind the firestream walls or metal flowers was just normal loot for the most part, chests you find in the open world (even late game) had common items. It just never really rewarded you for exploration enough to make it seem worth the effort.

Man I feel the same way, I kept waiting for one of the hard to find areas thats has a chest with new armor or weapons but they all just have plain loot. It's one of my biggest gripes with this game.

Better story, smoother combat IMO, more rewards for searching like the shield armor, etc. The sequel had some amazing visuals, cool new machines, and some neat features like the grappling hook and flying mount…but it was also more glitchy than the first, the combat didn’t feel as smooth, the searching provided little reward, etc. It’s still a great game, but the original was better in pretty much every way, for me.

Idk why but listening to all these, esp the first one about his son August…it got me emotional. I know some of you will laugh at the old school girl gamer getting emotional but the whole story, from Horizon Dawn to now, had such a beauty hidden inside it. About human love and perseverance and the want of survival. We are the only creatures in the entire universe (so far) that can think and feel this way. It was touching.

The Oseram Artifcer is this games shield weave armor. And you have to work for it to get it overpowered . Not as simple as Zero Dawn . I am still working on upgrading the suit ,but I can tell it’s making a difference in battles.

I figured this out but put the 8 before the 11 because August was mentioned before the number in the last data point. Tried it multiple times before having to come to this video and realised I was stupid! The datapoints were lovely, but I was hoping for something more from something called "The Vault", like say Shieldweaver Armour or a legendary weapon!

I'm so glad that none of these doors require you to actually find the code legit before they will let you open them, I've googled every single one as it came up. i aint got time for that nonsense lol Also, very disappointed this one didn't have anything except a little bit of lore in it, if i had to track down the code throughout the game to find the code and unlock this door for that, I'd be super annoyed.

You need to go into the other basement room, then climb the latter. All inserting it into the power terminal does is unlock another datapoint. Not that big a deal if you miss it.

Fun little fact can fly very early on in the game without the need for Gemini overrides in the desert when there's dust devils that form basically sand tornados can jump into one and pull out the glider while in center and have to move along with the tornado till reach near the top then exit and can go wherever want nearby but don't take to full altitude as riding inside tornado too long will cause a effect that knocks you off the glider and won't be able to ship it out again till bout to hit ground

@@CaptainPilipinas FZ didn't attack anyone. It was at best corporate espionage to steal a copy of Gaia. No ZD data would be damaged as that would have gotten attention. Travis came up with the idea with the idea to corrupt FZ's data with a Gaia 6.9 file. Then Elizabeth told them off but was then convinced to still give them the Apollo alpha build.

If you infinite jump over into the water inside the vault and then climb up into the crevasse you will fall under the map and you can summon a flying mount and fly around under the world!

There's absolutely no reward for exploring in this world. There's a reason no one is raving for this game to be game of the year. You spend most of the game just hunting down different types of keys to open different types of doors and none of those doors lead to anything that makes your gameplay more interesting.

The problem is... there were no secret loot which had legendary items. However, from the tone of the first data point, it became obvious what it was in that room. This was confirmed by the third data point that he was building "something for _us."_ The only reasonable thing would be a time capsule of a sort, and it was. *Shrugs* There are only so many stories the developers can put in the game without being too redundant. I think they reached that point, but they tried to be creative... so no one is happy with exploration or data.

The rewards and the loot in this game is beyond dissapointing. That's the biggest problem I have with this game. It's always just a bunch of valuables to sell and some other shit. Nothing rare to add to your inventory or make it worth your time.
