How to operate a biogas generator, follow up the steps below:
Step one, check the coolant level to make sure it is full;
Step two, check the battery cables and wiring to make sure it is well connected;
Step three, check the engine oil level;
Step four, check the biogas pipeline to make sure there is no leakage of biogas and the gas pressure is good enough;
Step five, check out the air breaker and make sure it is in the position of OFF;
Step six, start the enigne. Turn on the switch key on the control panel, press the MANNUAL button, and then press the START button, the generator set will start automatically, and the speed will increas to high-speed automatically.
After the generator set operates normally at high speed, the engine speed is stable at 1500 rpm, the oil pressure is 360-800kpa and the water temperature is 50-70 ℃.
Step 5: when the generator is running normally, switch the circuit breaker to ON position to start supplying power to the load,
it is very important to operate a biogas generator in the correct procedure to make sure the operator is safe and the generator will run in good conditions.
