Do these pumps create more gpm as the psi goes up or do they still put out 9.5 gpm at 100 psi

On every pump, the flow rate drops as the pressure increases. At 100 psi and 550 rpm, you would get 9 gpm.

I'm not getting any pressure on my pump. I just installed it. Do i need to add air into the accumulator? I tried all 4 settings on the unloader. I saw a very slight increase when i was on setting 4. Any ideas,?

You do need air in the accumulator. You want to put 20 psi or 20% of the normal operating pressure in the dome. It could be that you have your agitation valve wide open and there is an air leak on the suction side or the regulator is bad. If you can email a picture of your sprayer or a short video to [e-mail] we can take a look at it and give you more clear guidance.

@@Sprayerdepot you're a lifesaver. I will send something over today or tomorrow. When you say normal operating pressure, if I plan on using the machine around 200-300 psi . I should inflate it between 40-60 psi?
