How to operate and Drive Tata Hitachi Shinrai / How to drive backhoe loader / Queen on wheels

Shinrai prime is a well known backhoe loader from the house of Tata Hitachi.
The backhoe has digging depth of 4700mm, capacity of 0.26cum, backhoe side reach of 6880mm, loading height of 4200mm andMaximum cutting height of 6050mm and bucket digging force of 5685kg.
Thus Shinrai prime digs deeper and reaches farther than most of the backhoe loaders.The side shift is electro-hydrolic adjustable.With the flick of a switch the slider frame is electro-hydrolically released for smooth side shift operations.
This helps to reduce operator fatigue and effortless side shift operations.
The loader has a capacity of 1.1cum,dump angle of 45°,dump height of 2690mm, and reach of 840 mm at full dump.Tata Hitachi shinrai has best in class dump height and,best in class reach.Parallelogram/double cylinder arrangment enables duck walk operation which helps maneuvering in slushy terrain .Also it has best in class tractive effort which makes the machine ideally suited for any dozing application.
Tata Hitachi Shirai is powered by imported Japanese engine of Kubota which delivers 74.3hp @2200rpm and 305nm @1500rpm.This engine delivers high torque at low rpm thereby ensuring lower fuel consumption and long life.A flatter torque curve ensures sufficient work capability across the entire rpm band.The axle and transmission fitted on Shirai is of Carraro brand.
The excellent hydraulic system of shinrai also helps to reduce fuel consumption.

ഒരു മെക്കാനിക്ക് ആയോണ്ട് പറയുവാ കമ്പനി പറയുന്ന ഒരു സംഭവം കിട്ടുമെന്ന് കരുതി ആരും വണ്ടി എടുക്കരുത് 👌🏻പ്രേതെകിച്ചു ഇത് പോലുള്ള ഹെവി വണ്ടികൾ. ഇതൊക്കെ മൈലേജ് ഒന്നും നോക്കി നമുക്ക് ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ല കേട്ടോ. ലോ പ്രെഷർ hi പ്രെഷർ വലവ് കൊടുത്തു കണ്ട്രോൾ ചെയ്യാൻ പറയുന്നത് ഒക്കെ വെറും പറച്ചിൽ മാത്രം ആണ് അത്‌ കണ്ടു വണ്ടി എടുക്കരുത്. ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞന്നേ ഉള്ളു കേട്ടോ. നമ്മൾ കൊടുക്കുന്ന ലോഡ് അതു ഹൈഡ്രോളിക്ക് പമ്പ് വർക്ക്‌ ചെയ്യും അതിന്റ ലോഡ് എൻജിൻ ഉണ്ടാകും ഒക്കെ 👍🏻
