Do employees who work in the receiving department use a pallet Jack a lot?

It depends on the stuff to be unloaded. Sometimes forklifts are used but if the employee does not know how to operate forklift then pallet jack is to be use.

Yes i work in supermarket receiving dock and i use this every time for moving pallets nd for unloading truck
