@@Ede_7 Net.Tcp Port Sharing can cause issues - though not for everyone of course. But, to disable a core networking service is asking for trouble. OpenSSH is VERY important if you use something like Remote Login/similar services. Quality windows audio and video experience (qWave) for streaming content in your home, although it falls under the QoS (Quality of Service) umbrella that effectively is saying "you only get this much bandwidth between this pc and this one (though it pertains more to home streaming)". The printer service does - you guessed it - printing. If you turn it off, a lot of printers just won't work anymore. I'd argue these are the more basic ones that may be safe. The big one is disabling Realtek Audio Universal Service. Realtek exists in virtually the majority of all motherboards now to handle your audio so even if it doesn't stop it immediately it is BOUND to hit conflicts down the road. I'd say the entire Tcp4 segment after the services can be extremely dangerous. There's a comment that actually was affected in here and as a networking guy I know why. Again, a lot of these are not necessarily affecting everyone, but I wouldn't want to be the one to turn it off and forget it and fumble around figuring out why my PC is acting up later on. If you genuinely got performance boosts and nothing was affected - great! Just keep this video in your favorites so you don't lose it if/when something goes wrong so you can undo it. I understand this video is meant to help people get more fps but there are many people in the world who use these services and play league. Just see what works, hopefully you don't get bios looped like the poor soul in the comments.

Either way I'm really sad about it. Anyways, to sum it up, Realtek + Network related settings are the 2 huge ones. Be careful as they both cause serious problems - not at first, but over time inevitably.

I did almost every single thing (didn't do some of the network stuff) and there was 0 difference. my fps in league is weird af, I can have 10 tabs and another game in the background and I get the same fps with that as I do when I close them. if I tab out then back in again I will get up to 110-120 fps but after like 1 second it will go and "lock" at 90 fps. and in teamfights and stuff it ofc lowers. I don't understand what is putting this soft lock on my fps

Bro i have the exact same problem. I can play cyberpunk with high/mid setting with ray tracing on and have like zero issues but as soon as i get near action in LoL i get stutters and the game is unplayable. Once i get out of a teamfight it gets a little better but still occasional stutters. I dont get it...

This entire industry is a scam to begin with, your PC is 100% more than capable of running it with 600fps at least, the reason you get so little fps is because that's what the entire pc and game industry does to force you into buying better PCs. This cycle repeats every year. Built my PC 3 years ago was getting 800fps, now struggling to get 120fps.

This was a great video! I havent been able to get a monitor with a built-in graphics driver but the video did let me inference a lot of the options available to me. It could have been better if there was a more detailed explanation when we come to the core settings of the computer and network, but the system restore option if things fall out is always helpful if things do go down south. I think it's not the problem of your specs or gpu rather optimisation and/or cpu combined, league has alot of calculations going on at the same time and the game code just either doesnt handle it that well or/and your cpu bottlenecks causing lag dips stutters etc. Its not a gpu problem never/ever this game runs on potatos, game is heavy on the processor and more cores should solve the problem

@@Magellan10121 well its a gaming laptop and has performance/turbo mode, it performs well on all games except for league , this video helped adjust it alot but nvedia has updated their app which caused it to get fucky slightly again

Why is it that with DX9 turned off, games in borderless are stuck at 60 or even 40 fps, and even when adjusted to full screen, there's still a chance of this happening. As of May 1, they're disabling DX9 legacy, what to do after that
