Idk if im getting less congestion or if these settings really helped but i noticed even though i have good internet that my upload latency wasnt ideal. A few test after the network adapter changes and the average has been cut in half with way better spikes.

Okay so setting the preferred band to 5g did help. TCP optimizer did help as well. The drivers messed with my sound a bit because I made the mistake of updating them all. Just do the intel WiFi update

in game usually around 28 ms with min 22 ms after the device manager settings i got all the way down to avg 11 ms with lows in the 7s thanks man, was not really expecting any changes only hoping for better stability but i take it i guess

Most gaming routers allow you more advanced settings, you can kinda setup the priority of different devices so you could prioritize your main PC = more stable ping
